PTO Meetings

All members of the PTO are welcome and encouraged to attend any of our PTO meetings. If you missed a meeting and would like to review the notes/minutes taken, please visit our Meeting Minutes page. Meeting minutes are officially approved at the following PTO meeting.

Meetings start with Mrs. Julien providing a review of any relevant information, such as: current activities and events, educational updates, teacher training, as well as the school's disposition of funds raised by the PTO. The PTO President then gives an update, followed by the executive board and then PTO committee leads. Meetings typically do not exceed an hour. 

Meetings are at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise noted. Check in at the front desk to determine meeting room for that day as location may change due to other activities.
