We encourage all our Coulson Tough families to join the PTO! Your $20 membership fee goes directly toward our PTO budget to cover important programs and items such as field trips, educational software, campus enhancements, and more.

Partner share spirit events

Each month during the school year, we hold Spirit Events at local restaurants and businesses. Each participating business gives a portion of the day/night’s profits from Tough attendees back to our PTO. We encourage our Tough families to visit these businesses during spirit events. It's a great way to support local businesses AND Coulson Tough at the same time!

Love for tough campaign - September

This is our main fundraiser and is designed to be simple and convenient for our families while delivering the maximum benefit to our school. No need to sell products or ask friends and family for pledges. No need to pay an outside fundraising company up to 40% of the money we raise. Simply send in a check or donate online and 100% of the money raised goes directly to our school.

 

spring fling - March

Spring Fling is a fun-filled evening for CT families that our students LOVE! Teachers, students, and families come together to enjoy games, activities, food, raffle baskets, silent auction, and more. You won’t want to miss it, so mark your calendars now!

Where does the PTO money go?

The PTO funds various activities and items for students and staff at Coulson Tough. Our budget was approved last May and covers the following expenses:

  • Field Trips, Interactive Experiences, and 6th Grade Celebration
  • Software Licenses for students, such as Dreambox
  • Educational Enhancements
  • Staff Development & Counselor Programs
  • Campus Enhancements and Beautification
  • Staff Appreciation 
  • School Supplies/Student Folders 
  • General Administration: insurance, bank fees, tax filing, storage, website, etc. 
  • And SO much more!
